Ok so the reason why i think ppl r giving so many negatives on ur comment is because in no were do u give some credit to the great effort he is doing…. so we kinda feel like ur just trying to show off…

Fair enough, but there is a difference between local French accents and foreign accents when speaking French. I was trying to help the poster, who has a foreign accent.

But please, please explain how what I said was in any way rude. That’s what I want to know. I just don’t get it.

hmm kinda confusing… im learning french so i dont know if ur like 100% right but even if u r u sounded a little rude…

… i mean it is good feed back but u also have to understand that different ppl pronounce what they see a little bit different…. so it dosnt really matter how its written or how well pronounce it is, the thing is to get close enough to be able to communicate.

Ex. I’ve had two diff. French teachers from France n they sounded different when pronouncing the same words. =]

the “ay” sound in B, C, D, G… etc. should be less open. you pronounced C as “cè”, but it should be “cé”.
Also, you shouldn’t add the typically English “h” sound after the P, the T and the K. You said “phhhè” when it should be “pé”.
And the “u” sound, as in Q, should not be a diphtong. What you said sounded like “kuw” but it should be “ku”.
and W isn’t pronounce “dUble-vé” but “dOUble-vé”.
and the “ee” in “ee-grek” (Y) should be shorter and said with a higher pitch than “grek”.
