I’m learning french very fast (been taking it for 5 years and near fluency) and I want to go to USAFA. Upon graduation, I’d be comissioned a 2nd lt. Will speaking French help me with the Air Force at all?

Yes, I believe so. I’m not sure how much extra pay you also get a month but just knowing a second language other than spanish will benefit you in the military.

lol if you class five years of lessons as being fast then you might have some timing issues.
It may well assist you should you need to translate a manual into english [had to do one when I was in the Royal Navy as the equipment came with only instructions in german, I was the only one that had a good grasp of german] It also will help you should you come across any visiting dignitaries, even if their native tongue is not French most of the rest of the world have a decent grasp of at least 2 other languages other than their own, so you might find that you can at least converse in French even if they are not from France.
As for it giving you anything else, highly doubt it to be honest.
