What is the quickest and most efficient way to learn French?

I recently realized that as a Canadian, I need to understand and speak both French and English. I only speak Fluent English and I want to learn French as soon as possible.

I want to know what is the quickest method to learn french fluently.

First you’ll have to learn french as you would do at school…
then you can improve and understand french with french music, french film

that’s how I try to improve and keep contact with English language (I don’t have the chance to practice english in my every day life except on Yahoo answers)
